Our Services
Martin Property Care will undertake all types of property care including dry rot, wet rot, damp proofing, condensation control and property surveys. We will also undertake structural resin repairs and renovations and extensions. We are a Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (CSRT) with over 28 years experience in the building preservation industry. We use the most environmentally friendly products ensuring minimum disruption to your home.
Our Director
Company director, Paul Martin has adopted a hands on management style by regularly working "on the tools" as and when time allows. Working in conjunction with his team of technicians, this ensures contracts are carried out to our exacting high standards and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
Our Guarantee
The company issues a 30 year guarantee to cover all woodworm treatments, wet and dry rot repairs and damp proofing works.
In addition, for a one off payment, a 20 year insurance backed guarantee can be issued through Construction Guarantee Services (CGS).
Areas Covered
